Katie Osborne serves as an analyst assistant at Practice Transitions Group, bringing her expertise in operations optimization and customer success to support M&A transaction operations. A Pittsburgh native and University of Pittsburgh graduate (BA & MS), Katie previously worked as Customer Success Manager at Plato Community, a tech startup where she facilitated connections between engineering leaders and technical mentors from top companies, including Facebook, Gusto, and Lyft.

During her tenure there, she advanced from a part-time data entry role to a full-time cross-functional position, creating website copy, contributing to product development, training staff members, and streamlining customer support processes across email, webchat, and video platforms.

Katie approaches challenges as mysteries to solve, combining her research skills with attention to detail and a knack for identifying efficiency improvements in existing processes. She lives in Pittsburgh with her partner and cat, and enjoys making art, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family.
