Lauren Wheeler, a native of Abilene, TX, is a nearly 20-year veteran in the financial services industry. Before joining Practice Transitions Group, she served middle-market companies in North and East Texas as a commercial banker. After receiving her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investments from TCU, Lauren began her financial services career with Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Group. Most recently, she served on the leadership team of a regional bank and was instrumental in that bank’s growth from $200MM in assets to $2Bn before it successfully sold to a larger institution. Before TCU, Lauren received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
During her banking career, Lauren guided business owners toward optimal financial decisions for their businesses. Now, she’s excited to advise physicians as they achieve their financial goals through practice sales and partnership. Lauren is a wife and mom to two young children.
