Nic grew up in Laguna Beach, California and graduated from USC with a degree in economics. Most recently, he spent nine years at Forterro, which acquires and operates ERP providers around the world that deliver software to small and midsized manufacturing companies. Nic executed M&A strategy end-to-end, including market research/analysis, sourcing, qualification, structuring/pricing negotiation, drafting LOIs, leading operational due diligence, creating financial modeling, and more. Nic lives in Austin with his wife and two kids and enjoys pickleball and painting.
