Kimber has a track record of success in healthcare operations and strategic management, bringing a wealth of experience to her role.
Kimber has spent the majority of her career diving into the intricacies of healthcare informatics. As an operational lead for various departments, including patient access, revenue cycle, managed care, contracting, call centers, and clinics, she became a recognized expert in recovering revenue overlooked by insurance carriers. Notably, during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kimber successfully reclaimed a substantial amount of previously uncollected revenue for a major client. Her strategic updates to existing agreements and resolution of outstanding claims showcased her ability to navigate complex situations with finesse.
