Thomas Allen founded Practice Real Estate Group (PRG) in 2014 after several years working in both medical tenant representation and commercial real estate after college. He has earned a reputation as a smart, creative, and trustworthy advisor to his clients. His vision was to build a company that could deliver that same level of service to other professionals across the country.

In addition to running PRG, Thomas also started Practice Transitions Group after seeing an opportunity to help his clients sell their businesses.

Thomas is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
