Noble brings hands-on entrepreneurial experience to Practice Transitions Group, having learned business operations through direct ownership. Before joining PTG, he was involved in acquiring and operating service businesses, where he learned what it takes to manage teams, serve customers, and grow in competitive markets.
As a business owner, Noble handled everything from team management to P&L responsibilities, building comprehensive operational systems that elevated service standards and drove growth. His experience includes leading acquisition integration efforts with family office backing, giving him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to successfully merge operations and cultures.
At PTG, Noble leverages this operational background to connect with practice owners, knowing firsthand the care and commitment they’ve invested in their business. His approach is grounded in showing up consistently, keeping commitments, and taking care of people through difficult transitions.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Noble is invested in the Austin community. He leads YoungLife, founded Men of the Arena as a mentorship platform, and co-founded the Medina Fellowship. When he’s not working, you’ll find him running the Lady Bird Lake trail, swimming at Barton Springs, or spending time with friends and family.
