PTG Represents Dr. Shel Wellness & Aesthetics Center in Sale to Bios Wellness Clinics

Practice Transitions Group (PTG) represented Dr. Shelena Lalji, founder of Dr. Shel Wellness & Aesthetics Center, in the sale of her Houston-based practice to Bios Wellness Clinics. The acquisition marks Bios’ first location in Texas and its third U.S. acquisition in three months.

Two Decades of Integrative Medicine

Dr. Shel, a board-certified OB/GYN and national speaker, spent more than 20 years building a practice around integrative wellness, longevity medicine, and medical aesthetics. The practice offers bioidentical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, IV nutrition, injectables, laser treatments, and body sculpting. It also serves as a national training facility for emerging wellness and aesthetic technologies.

A Partner With National Reach

Lauren Wheeler, PTG’s Director of Aesthetics, MedSpa & Dental, led the sale process. Bios Wellness Clinics operates locations in Canada and the United States, and the practice now serves as its anchor clinic in Houston as Bios builds its presence in Texas.

“Our focus was finding a partner who would support Dr. Shel’s mission to bring her precision medicine approach to a nationwide audience.”
