Practice Transitions Group exhibited and presented at Aesthetic Next 8.0, held September 10 through 13 at The Sheraton in downtown Dallas under this year’s Elev8 theme.
The conference is powered by Aesthetic Record, the EMR and practice management platform used by more than 9,000 clinics. Since launching in 2019, Aesthetic Next has drawn over 8,000 attendees and awarded more than 350 AMA Category 1 CME credits. By the event’s own figures, 90 percent of attendees identify their practice as a MedSpa and 38 percent are practice owners.

Managing Partner Thomas Allen and Director Lauren Wheeler led a Think Tank session on Friday titled “Inside the Deal: Lessons Learned from a Real MedSpa Transaction.” They walked the room through a single MedSpa sale from first contact through completion, using the actual working documents from the transaction.
Lauren leads PTG’s MedSpa and aesthetics practice and represented the owner in the sale. Thomas framed the market conditions around it and handled questions about how buyers are behaving right now.
The team spent the rest of the week at Booth 803.PTG works exclusively with sellers across aesthetics, dermatology, medical, and dental, and has brought more than 300 practices to market.
If you own a MedSpa and want a clearer picture of what your practice is worth before an offer lands in front of you, start with the MedSpa valuation calculator or contact our team directly.
